Ole Dodwell MCIPD is a seasoned Learning & Development Leader with extensive international experience and a proven ability to drive organisational performance through people development. As an NLP Master Practitioner and senior manager, Ole has led Global L&D teams, designing and delivering strategic programmes that align talent development with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Ole is the creator of the Dynamic Leadership Model—a practical management tool that supports leadership capability and performance.
A specialist in employee engagement, Ole has implemented global initiatives such as Town Halls, recognition programmes and blended learning pathways, supporting capability building and succession planning. Ole’s expertise includes managing L&D budgets, leveraging technology to track progress and embedding best-practice frameworks for sustainable growth. With accreditations in DISC, MBTI, OPQ32, and British Psychological Society Level A & B, Ole brings a robust analytical approach to leadership and organisational development.
Recent roles include Director of Performance & Organisational Development at ICG Medical, where Ole developed leadership pathways and career frameworks and Culture, Performance & Recognition Lead at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, launching company-wide recognition programmes and embedding a high-performance culture. Earlier, Ole delivered management development programmes at the Met Office and Torbay Council, supporting leaders at all levels.
Known for a consultative style and partnership with stakeholders, Ole has consistently enhanced organisational effectiveness, fostered continuous learning and built high-performing teams through innovative development solutions.
